Kinder Karate (Ages 4-6)
Kinder Karate is great for improving social skills in young children, as well as improving their balance, coordination, and control. The major goals of this program are to teach focus, listening skills, and respect. This program is designed for students aged 4 to 6. The goal of the program is to introduce young students to the benefits of the martial arts. Students will work to develop and improve through the teaching of the basic karate techniques. Along with the physical development, students will develop better concentration, focus, and listening skills. The program will also teach children some basic street-smart techniques.
Men's Fitness Kickboxing
You don’t have to be an ultimate fighter to get in shape training like one! This program uses the same training techniques as a regular MMA striking workout but without contact.
Adult Martial Arts
We have blended the benefits of traditional martial arts with modern fitness and self-defense techniques. Students of all ages will discover the ultimate workout for the body and mind. Those who start our karate classes quickly see improvements in strength, stamina, flexibility, coordination, and overall physical condition. Our classes are designed to give you an excellent cardiovascular workout, which allows you to strengthen the heart and burn calories. This provides the added benefit of excising with a purpose!
Women's Fitness Kickboxing
Our ladies only fitness kickboxing classes incorporate a variety of kickboxing techniques in both an aerobic style class and using heavy bags. Muscle and Fitness magazine rates fitness kickboxing as the number one fat burner with over 800 calories burned per hour. Nothing else comes close. It is a great way to burn fat, tone your muscles, and relieve some stress in a supportive environment.
Children (Ages 7-12)
This program teaches students the basic martial arts and self-defense techniques, including blocks, punches, kicks, and stances. It is a program that allows us to teach the student how to be martial artists, preparing them on how to eventually become a black belt. Our children’s programs are based on the core values of “Martial Arts begins and ends with Respect.” From this basic premise, we develop your child’s awareness and skills.
Our core curriculum includes high energy drills and skills are designed to build and condition each child’s attitude, behaviour, and overall character development. Most importantly, classes are fun and exciting for every child. We also stress non-violent conflict resolution. Your child will be taught that their self-defense skills are for self-defense only, and our students have a clear understanding of being responsible for their actions and attitudes.
